All photographs published are the work of Nom Prénom, who owns the economic rights in them. Their use is governed by the licence terms . Any reproduction outside that framework constitutes infringement under French intellectual property law.

Personal data

The site measures browsing with Microsoft Clarity, which records page views, clicks and scrolling. No data is sold or transferred. The site sets no advertising cookies.

The only data collected is the email address voluntarily submitted through the waiting-list form. It is used solely to announce the opening of paid plans, is never sold or transferred, and can be deleted at any time on request to contact@photosreunion.re.

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection, exercisable at the same address.
